Everyone’s legs are different! Everyone’s veins are different! To serve your needs most effectively a vein care center must have accurate diagnostic tests and multiple therapeutic tools available.

Diagnosis -

each patient receives an ultrasound test and a complete evaluation by Dr. McComas to determine the least invasive approach to resolve their varicose vein problems.

Treatment -

we offer expertise in all of these techniques:
  • VNUS Closure - an incisionless ablation of the greater saphenous vein by placement of a radiofrequency catheter. This is the most advanced and painless technique available.
  • Laser Closure – A state of the art Nd:YAG laser is used to close varicose veins and spider veins.
  • IPL – Intense Pulse Light treatment in conjunction with laser is useful treatment of spider veins and for photo rejuvenation.
  • TriVex veinectomy – Minimally invasive removal of large vein branches through microincisions.
  • Sclerotherapy – Injection of a painless solution or foam that closes large vein branches and spider veins.
  • Compression – Appropriate measured compression for long standing permanent venous disease.
